Just want to say thank you to Kaylah! She has such amazing customer service. I called up asking about trading in games and she was so helpful. She quoted me on all my games and then when I came in she gave me 10/10 service, great banter and had such a bubbly and happy attitude. I hope to do more business with her in the future!!

Waited half an hour in line with 4 people still in front of me and about 7 behind while a blonde with glasses took her time chatting away with a customer, and a red haired worker gas bagged with another customer discussing what game console she preferred to play rudely disregarding all other customers who were clearly as angry as myself. Shocking customer service I ended up walking out with out my purchase!!

Great shop and mostly has what I need when I go in. Good customer service wish the store itself could be bigger as can be a pain to walk a round with lots of people in their, but only complaint

Amazing Service From CJ!!! His service skills are off the charts!! And his enthusiasm towards his customers and there interests is outstanding. He is definitely great at his job. Definitely made my shopping experience worth it, 100% will be back.
